| Elim Ministeries (Services in Spanish-English Translation available) will be holding a day retreat (Seeking your Face-Buscanco Su Rostro) at Hualapai Park from 10 am to 7 pm on Sept 20 2008. There will be churches from Pheonix, Las Vegas and Los Angeles participating. Live worship throughout the day and quest speakers speaking on the end times. | Tough Questions Christians Face |
| 2008 Ligonier Ministries West Coast Conference. Christ has redeemed us to be a light that directs others to Him. Fulfilling this call requires us to be able to deal wih the most difficult questions asked about the Christian faith. If we are unprepared for the darkness around us, it will be harder to counter it wih the truth of God's Word. On September 26-27, 2008, during Ligonier Ministries' 2008 West Coast Conference in Phoenix, AZ, RC Sproul, Ligon Duncan and John MacArthur will look at six of the toughest questions Christians face. We will focus on the biblical approach to issues including science, the problem of evil, divine sovereignty, human responsibility, the exclusivity of Christ, postmodernism, and the Gospel. | 3rd Annual Kreation Krawlers 4x4 Jamboree |
| Kreation Krawlers, the AZ Chapter of 4x4Him.org is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Kreation Krawlers 4x4 Jamboree. Plan on joining us for a weekend of fun and wheeling in a good Christian environment. Florence Junction and the event site is just northeast of Florence, AZ and southwest of Superior, AZ. When looking at a map of the area, HWY 60 heads east out of Mesa, AZ to Superior. Before you get to Superior, HWY 79 splits from HWY 60 and goes south to Florence. The point where HWY 79 splits off is known as Florence Junction. This is a desert and mountian area, the campsite is NOT a campground and has NO facilities; however a porta potty will be delivered to the Jamboree. It is approxiimately 3 miles down a dusty dirt road and is accesable by motorhomes and trailered rigs but remember, there are no hookups. The campsite is approximately 10 minutes from Florence AZ, 15 Minutes from Gold Canyon AZ or Queen Valley AZ, 25 minutes from Mesa/Apache Junction AZ and 25-30 minutes from Superior AZ. There are facilities, hotel/motels and hookup sites in these areas if you need them.
