John Craig of Morenci, Arizona finds a way to hear Your Celebration Radio Network over 4,000 feet deep in the copper mine.
Just North-East of Safford’s Guthrie Peak, where the “lighthouse” shines a signal of hope, is North America’s largest copper mine—the Morenci Mine. There, you’ll find YCRN listener, John, driving a 20k gallon 777 Caterpillar Watertruck or the 793 Caterpillar, 310 ton capacity hauler. John wakes up early in the morning to Greg Laurie. But would lose the signal once he’s in his truck. At least until he learned of Your Celebration Radio Network App. The truck, featuring 12 foot in diameter tires comes fully equipped with a radio, but the Safford signal would not reach the deep mines. He says, “The mine is so deep regular radio waves from FM can not reach trucks, but satellite over cell towers does.” So, with Your Celebration Radio Network App, John now hears Faron and Sarah, bright and early every weekday morning deep within the Morenci Mine!
