Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble.

We made it through the winter “Cyclone Bomb” that hit the Northeast! Recently, we drove to Ebensburg, Pennsylvania to pick up antenna systems for Your Celebration Radio Network. Having received a quote for freight that approached $9,000, we decided to be creative and make the trip ourselves.
The beginning of the journey was relatively uneventful, until roughly 1,000 miles into our trip I received a call from U-Haul that the trailer we had reserved was no longer available. Thankfully, they found another in a different city, which would only take us around 60 miles out of our way. As we monitored the winter weather alerts, I felt a slight sense of anxiety beginning to rise as I contemplated pulling a 6,000 pound trailer across snowy icy roads. It was easy to imagine hitting the brakes with little effect on your forward momentum. “Too late to turn back now”, I reasoned, as we’d are already committed to the journey. It is during these times that we feel and appreciate your prayers!
Our arrival in Ohio received a cold winter’s welcome. Upon reaching our hotel in Columbus, I was annoyed to discover that in addition to the published room rate, there was a charge for parking. Before I could speak my mind, something or Someone reminded me of who we serve.
The next day we picked up the trailer and drove to the PSI Antenna factory, where Doug, the engineer who graciously accepted every antenna pattern modification I sent his way, met us. After several hours of loading the trailer, securing the antennas and wrapping them with several tarps, we were on our way! Within a few hours of driving on very icy, snowy roads, however, I knew we had a problem. We had travelled a little over a hundred miles and the tarps were coming apart and flapping in the wind. Someone suggested Saran Wrapping the entire package on the trailer, so we stopped at Home Depot, bought a couple of rolls of industrial strength wrap, and it worked!
After several days of traveling over, often, wintery slick roads, we made it home! Thank you for your prayers! Please continue to pray that that these antennas shine as a lighthouse for Jesus!
